Harissa is made with chili peppers (often smoked), garlic, caraway, coriander, and cumin. These ingredients are ground into a paste and left overnight for the flavors to develop. By popular demand more peppers are added to this mixture, making it one of our HOTTEST infused EVOOs. Try Harissa paired with Honey-Ginger Balsamic Vinegar. It is excellent when added to chili, soups, and as a marinade.
