- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup Butter Flavor Olive Oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups peeled, cored and chopped apples
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
- Cinnamon-Pear Dark Balsamic Vinegar Condimento
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs and butter flavor olive oil and Stir. Add vanilla, apples and nuts. (DO NOT USE MIXER.)
Lightly butter a bundt pan and dust with flour, tapping out the excess. Pour cake batter into the bundt pan. Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly touched.
Cool 10 minutes before inverting from pan.
Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar.
Serve warm with ice cream and drizzle with Cinnamon-Pear Balsamic Dark Balsamic.
