- 1 lb White button mushrooms
- 1/2 Medium onion
- 2 Tbsp Any flavor King’s Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Any flavor King’s Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in medium skillet.
Add produce. Sprinkle with salt and mix.
Reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook until liquid is released from mushrooms (5-7 minutes). Uncover and cook until liquid evaporates and onions are soft and brown (3-5 minutes).
Add balsamic vinegar and stir until coated and vinegar is heated.
Serve as a side dish or as a topper for your main course!
