• 1 Cluster of Red Grapes
  • 10 Fresh Thyme Twigs
  • 2 Tbsp EVOO
  • 12 Thin Baguette Slices
  • 1/2 Cup EVOO
  • 1 – 1 1/2 Cups of Fresh Ricotta
  • Pich of Red Chili Flakes

Preheat oven to 375. Pick grapes off cluster and place in ovenproof dish. Add thyme and drizzle with EVOO. Bake 6-7 minutes, or until grapes start to split. While they bake, brush baguette slices

with EVOO and toast until golden brown. Spread ricotta on toast and place on a platter. Spoon grapes and thyme onto toast. Finish with a pinch of red chili flakes.
