• 3 cups Sugar
  • ¾ cup margarine or butter
  • 5 ½ oz can evaporated milk
  • 12 oz Ghirardelli White Chocolate Bars
  • 2 oz Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic
  • 7 oz jar marshmallow crème
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ½ teaspoon orange flavoring
  • 2/3 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2/3 cup Craisins

Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in heavy saucepan. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.  Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly, Remove from heat.  Stir in white chocolate until melted.  Add marshmallow crème, balsamic, vanilla, and orange flavoring.  Beat well with a mixer until wet blended and shiny and smooth.  Stir in Craisins and pistachios.  Pour into a 9×13 pan.  Let cool.
