• 1 stick melted butter
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp King’s Coconut balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 8-9 inch pie crust

Preheat oven at 350°F.  Combine all of the filling ingredients and pour in unbaked pie shell.  Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown
