• 2 cups Rice cereal squares
  • 2 cups Wheat cereal squares
  • 2 cups Corn cereal squares
  • 1 cup whole, slivered or sliced almonds
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp light or dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup  Blood Orange EVOO
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking sodaIn large bowl, mix cereal, almonds and dried fruit. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine salt, brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and Blood Orange EVOO.   Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.  Stir in baking soda and pour mixture over dry ingredients.  Stir until evenly coated and pour into a Greased jelly roll pan. Bake mixture in pan at 250°F for 1 hour. Cool in pan and store in air tight container. ENJOY!
