• 2 cups Rice cereal squares
  • 2 cups Wheat cereal squares
  • 2 cups Corn cereal squares
  • 1 cup whole, slivered or sliced almonds
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp light or dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup  Blood Orange EVOO
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda  In large bowl, mix cereal, almonds and dried fruit. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine salt, brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and Blood Orange EVOO.   Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.  Stir in baking soda and pour mixture over dry ingredients.  Stir until evenly coated and pour into a Greased jelly roll pan. Bake mixture in pan at 250°F for 1 hour. Cool in pan and store in air tight container. ENJOY!
