Grilled Scallops

  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ cup Blood Orange EVOO
  • 1 Tbsp. minced scallions
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

 

Combine garlic, Blood Orange Olive Oil, scallions and freshly ground black pepper in a large glass bowl. Add scallops to bowl and marinate for 30 minutes. Thread scallops on four skewers and grill over medium heat for eight minutes. Turn several times during cooking and baste with remaining marinade.
