1 Pound Ground Beef

  • 1/2 Pound Ground Pork
  • 1/3 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 4 Gloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
  • 1 Small Onion, Minced
  • 3 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Grated Romano Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Minced Fresh Parsley
  • 3 Tbsp Minced Fresh Basil
  • 1 Cup EVOO
  • Salt and Pepper

Combine all ingredients, except EVOO. Roll mixture into 1 1/2″ balls. Pour EVOO into baking pan and place meatballs on top. Swirl around in pan to coat. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, or until golden brown, but not cooked thoroughly. Remove meatballs from EVOO.  Continue to cook in marinara sauce on top of stove, until completely cooked.
