- 1 cup of Pomegranate Balsamic
- 3/4 cup of ketchup
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh or frozen sweet cherries
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan, stir well, and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat. Stirring occasionally.
- Taste along the way and adjust the seasoning as you like.
