INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of fresh kale, coarsely chopped, stems removed
  • 1 handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Blood Orange EVOO
  • ½ cup vanilla almond milk (more or less, depends on the creaminess you want)
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • a small handful of ice cubes

 

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients into a blender.  Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.  Garnish with a sprinkle of chia seeds and serve immediately.
