• 48 Large Shrimp (21-25 count), shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 Cup Garlic Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Freshly Chopped Parsley
  • Crusty French Bread

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.  Place the shrimp in a large ovenproof casserole.  Pour the Garlic olive oil over the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.  Roast in the oven until pink and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes.  Remove the shrimp from the oven and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.  Serve immediately with crusty French bread.
