• 1 Head Cauliflower
  • 3 Tbsp Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Line baking sheet with parchment paper.  Set aside.

Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces.  In a medium bowl drizzle the cauliflower with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil.  Toss until thoroughly coated.  Spread on cookie sheet so there are no overlapping pieces.  Cook until brown, about 20 – 25 minutes.  Top with Parmesan Cheese and cook another 5 – 10 minutes, until melted and slightly brown.
