- loaf unseeded Italian bread, 3/4″ cubes
- 1/4 cup Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Garlic Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cubes of bread in a large bowl. Add olive oils, salt and pepper and toss with hands to make sure all cubes are covered well. Spread cubes in a single layer onto 1 or 2 baking pans. Bake for about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place back in oven for an additional 8 minutes or until golden in color. Let cool completely. Keep croutons in airtight container until use.
