  • 4 large Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 2-3 tsp. White Truffle specialty oil
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Quarter potatoes
  2. Drizzle with White Truffle specialty oil
  3. Season with sea salt and pepper
  4. Roast at 400F for ~45 minutes
  5. Finish with a light drizzle of White Truffle specialty oil
