This cookbook not only offers the best recipes made from healthy ingredients but also provides the recommended portion size, servings per recipe and an analysis (calories, fats, carbs, sodium, etc.) of the recipe. The recipes were created to replace things such as sugar and salt with healthier ingredients that still provided full flavor. For example, trading balsamic vinegar for soy or teriyaki sauce eliminates almost 700 grams of sodium per serving in the Teriyaki Chicken recipe.
