- peeled, diced butternut squash
- use Neapolitan Dark Balsamic Vinegar Condimento
- sea salt to taste
- cracked pepper to taste
Toss butternut squash liberally with balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with sea salt and a little fresh, cracked pepper. Roast in a 400 degree over for about 30 minutes, flipping after 15 minutes, until golden brown and caramelized.
