- 1 teaspoon Blackberry Ginger balsamic vinegar
- • 2 blackberries (muddled)
- • 1 1/2 teaspoons simple syrup
- • 2 ounces bourbon
- • 1 splash club soda
Add the balsamic and blackberries to a rocks glass. Muddle the fruit. Top with ice and add the simple syrup and bourbon. Stir to combine. Top with club soda.
