- 2 Tablespoons Black Currant Balsamic
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Single Varietal EVOO
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice carrots into 1/2 inch slices. Toss in bowl with sea salt, brown sugar, butter, olive oil, and balsamic. Evenly distribute the carrots along with the sauce into a medium oven safe pan. For easier clean-up, line pan with foil. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
