- 2 teaspoons, sea salt
- 1 teaspoon, sugar
- 2 teaspoons, fresh garlic – finely minced
- 6 tablespoons, Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Single Varietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cups, micro salad greens
- freshly ground pepper
In medium size salad bowl combine salt, sugar, garlic and Lemongrass Mint Balsamic Vinegar. Whisk until salt dissolves completely. Add micro-greens. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil and toss. Finish with pepper and plate.
