- 1T Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- Pint of Sliced Strawberries, room temperature
- 1 (4 oz) Tuna Steak Blackening seasoning
- 1 large tuna steak
Directions:
Rub tuna with your favorite blackening seasoning before grilling or sautéing tuna. Cook over medium-high heat until you desired temperature. I recommended no more than 4 minutes per side. The steaks should just being to flake – careful not to dry out!
While the fish is cooking, in a saucepan, warm sliced strawberries with a little water, and Strawberry Balsamic. Spoon berries over fish and love fish like never before.
