Tuscan Omelet

  • 2 Tbsp King’s Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-4 oz or 2 heaping Tbsp feta cheese
  • generous pinch of oregano


Warm oil on low temperature for 10 minutes. Lightly beat eggs and pour into oil. Flip when first side is almost cooked. Add feta cheese on one side of omelette and fold in half. Sprinkle on oregano and flip once more for 30 seconds to heat up oregano and release herb’s aromas.

Add grape tomatoes and chopped onions sautéed in Tuscan Herb Oil for some extra flavor!!
