Harissa is made with chili peppers (often smoked), garlic, caraway, coriander, and cumin. These ingredients are ground into a paste and left overnight for the flavors to develop. By popular demand more peppers are added to this mixture, making it our HOTTEST infused EVOO. Try Harissa paired with Honey-Ginger Balsamic Vinegar. It is excellent when added to chili, soups, and as a marinade.
