Our Apricot White Balsamic is aged up to 12 years. It is juicy, fragrant, sweet, slightly tart, and simply mouthwatering. It makes an excellent salad dressing, glaze, or reduction for fruit salad, chicken, shrimp, or grilling pork.
It pairs well with Toasted Almond Oil, Roasted French Walnut Oil, or Lemon Olive Oil.
