This dark balsamic is made from traditional herbs long used in Neapolitan cuisine including rosemary, marjoram, thyme, garlic, and sage. Try it drizzled over roasted vegetables or fresh sliced summer heirloom tomatoes. Use it as a marinade for poultry, pork, or beef. It makes a fantastic dressing or pairs nicely with creamy cheeses.
It is fantastic paired with Garlic, Blood Orange, Lemon, Lime, Tuscan Herb, or any EVOO.

The Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar is the most flavorful and rich balsamic I have ever encountered. My favorite use is in salad dressing, but I also can’t get enough of it in a bread dip. Everyone I share it with agrees that it is outstanding. A must try, if you haven’t already.

Thank you! We are very fond of it too. I love to use it in the crock pot over a roast. It is delicious.
