- 24 Jumbo Shrimp, Peeled and De-veined
- 8 Wooden Skewers, Soaked in Water 20
- 4 Cloves Finely Chopped Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Harissa Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
Heat grill on high. Thread three shrimp on each skewer. Combine remaining ingredients and brush on shrimp. Grill about 3 minutes on each side.
