Gochujang

Use to marinate, roast, or stir fry vegetables, tofu, chicken, pork, or beef.  Brush on shrimp just off the grill.  Use in dressings or cucumber salad.  Excellent for frying eggs or to make mayonnaise.  Drizzle as a finish over soup, stews, pasta, and more.

Pairs with Serrano Honey, Apricot, Peach, Coconut, Jalapeno, Honey Ginger, A-Premium White, Traditional, or Champagne Balsamic.
