Thai Lemongrass Mint

The Thai Lemongrass-Mint Balsamic Condimento is tart, crisp, clean, and absolutely delicious.  The natural flavorings of Thai lemongrass and mint cooperate beautifully to make an excellent base for marinades and dressings.  It pairs well with our Basil and Persian Lime Olive Oils, as well as Sesame Oil.  Use on seafood salads, noodles, as a dipping sauce, or as a marinade for chicken.  It can even be mixed with Rum for an out of this world Mojito.
